About the Growth Squad ⚡
The growth squad's mission is double: They ensure that our clients interact in the smoothest and most delightful way with Wave and they are fueling our growth thanks to ruthless acquisition mechanisms.
By joining this squad as a Backend Developer you will report to Paul and help in shaping the product for our clients.
What you will do in this role 🤔
Develop features with high-quality code, perform tests, and ensure that everything meets requirements.Contribute to our technical roadmap through architecture meetings and design documents with our CTO.Collaborate with other teams, like Product Management and Design to solve problems at a large scale and increase efficiencies.Our Tech Stack 👾

💰 Base salary between 55 000€ and 65 500€ + yearly performance bonus + equity. (We use a salary grid that we built with Figures.
