Virtuo’s functional landscape is huge: customer Apps and Websites (content, reservation, account management), B2B portal, back-office (fleet, expert, and user management), or even integration with partners like Kayak and CityMapper.

This is why the Product team is organized around three main tribes: “Customer”, “Sales” and “Efficiency”, themselves split into squads. These are autonomous cross-functional teams aiming at delivering the best experience to our users who can be either B2C, B2B, or Experts.

We wish to recruit a Product Manager to handle a squad composed of front-end and back-end developers in Customer tribes.

🎯 Your missions :

• Lead a team of at least 4+ software developers
• Be responsible for implementing the Agile methodology and the different rituals
• Work closely with the tribe’s Lead PM and stakeholders (ex. Customer Service, Marketing or Operations) to analyze their needs and turn them into User Stories
• Organize and prioritize the team backlog and be responsible for its achievement
• Pilot the features using KPIs - tracking plan, continuous improvement
• Be a part of the discovery and ideation workshops and be able to innovate, propose the right solution

• Experience (3+ years) as a Product Manager in a startup ecosystem
• Love Product and Tech
• Expert on Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.)
• Ability to communicate (written and verbally) with clarity, humility, and precision both in French and English
• Love inspiring your team to deliver the greatest experience possible
• Are known for your amazing execution skills
• Know how to challenge features to deliver as best (& fast) as we should
