Vestiaire Collective is looking to hire an intern in the legal department reporting directly to the General Counsel starting in June/July for 6 months in our Paris office.

Position and tasks

The trainee will be integrated into the Legal Department of Vestiaire Collective S A, which manages the activities of all its subsidiaries, around the world.

The trainee will be involved in the following areas:

• Perform legal research and analysis on various issues (commercial law, intellectual property, transport, personal data, digital law etc.);
• Monitoring of legal and jurisprudential developments that may impact the activity of Vestiaire Collective (Digital service act, consumer laws etc.);
• Drafting and negotiation of contracts of all kinds (confidentiality agreements; services agreements, SAAS contracts, commercial contracts, rights assignment contracts, etc.);
• Development and monitoring of internal procedures;
• Ensuring the follow up of pre-litigation and litigation;
• Assistance with the various administrative tasks of the Legal Department (contracts, database management etc.).

Profile required

• You are a postgraduate student in Business Law, NTIC Law, Contract Law, Economic Law (Master 2 and/or DJCE) and/or you are currently an “EFB” student
• Excellent written and oral skills;
• Fluent English, written and spoken, imperative;
• Mastery of the Pack Office and legal databases;
• First experience in a company or law firm is desirable;
• Ability to deliver effective work, meet deadlines and manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment;
• You are adaptable, dynamic, rigorous, analytical and have excellent interpersonal skills. You are also able to exercise discretion;
