  • Package and build a delivery model to provide solutions and services In this context we need to have more lead developers to work on Projects in agile mode

Lead Developer Role

Manage technically the development team in an agile mode (scrum methodology) with the scrum master and the Product owner as a pizza team organization.

Objective

  • Design and develop webapp (frontend and backend) or data management application from needs analysis to deployment in Production. Monitor, fix and improve application in Production.
  • Help the team of developers and manage the delivery of the projects/applications. Maintain technically a global vision of its projects, including the technical expertise and all that is necessary to implement the application.
  • Must be willing to support/coach the developers on its projects.
  • Anticipates obstacles to overcome, can appreciate the difficulty, the time and the means needed to implement to overcome them.
  • Management the internal and external resources allocated to its project and associated reporting. Contributes to the transition of projects in production in agreement with the service concerned.

Leader activities

  • Manage the activities of the developers team in an agile mode.
  • Ensures the achievement of project objectives by managing the project team and coordinating internal and external contributors.
  • Is responsible for planning and defining technical milestones with the developer commitments.
  • Anticipates risks and alerts, takes appropriate measures to overcome them and postpone them.
  • Is responsible for the follow-up of its projects, from the design to the end of the warranty period.
  • Is responsible for the completeness and quality of the deliverables of its projects.
  • Lead the Design phase.
  • Set up tools for coordinating and monitoring activities.

Developer activities

  • Develop and package the application
  • Deploy the application in Production
  • Fix, improve and optimize the application in Production
  • Improve the quality of the deliverables
  • Apply the security best practices in the application developed
  • Implement unit tests & continuous integration
  • Write and maintain documentation (technical, specification, code…)
  • Is able to participate in driving force on IT topics

Requisitos

Educational background

  • Degree in Computer Science
  • Experience: Minimum from 4 to 5 years in Web development / Minimum from 2 to 3 years in Team management
  • Fluent in English
