The LATIS Program is a corporate initiative based on Jd Edwards EnterpriseOne ERP, which intends to:

• Provide a single Core Model Information System for the Veolia Water Technologies group;

• Increase information availability and exchange across the BUs;

• Support Veolia Water Technologies Business.

The LATIS ERP FPO Project Manager Trainee will help the team in functional expertise, organization and project management in the framework of an international ERP.

Veolia Water Technologies has a Cloud Public strategy and is intensively working with collaborative tools.

Especially, He/She will:

- Learn core model processes, and ensure « Reference knowledge » on one or more business processes and their translation in the ERP Core Model (CM).

- Design, Build and Tests of CM evolution identified during maintenance phases or asked by the community, coordinate with the development team if needed and transfer knowledge to Level 2 support.

- Manage its own projects and help on team projects management

- Participate in domain meetings with any third party partners and/or Level 2 support (schedule, prepare agenda, lead meeting, write & circulate minutes).

- Participate in bug fixing and incident resolution

He/She will report to the LATIS Functional Manager and will be in contact with all ERP teams but also other IS&T teams & Business teams.

The LATIS ERP FPO Project Manager Trainee will also have to:

• comply with Security rules

• apply Quality procedures

• follow budget and expenses

• provide inputs to others Corporate IT or Program teams

• report on regular basis on Technical activities
