Urban Campus is looking for a Sales Manager to support the operations team in its growth in the European coliving and coworking markets. This is a full-time position, which reports directly to the Head of Operations for Iberia.

The Sales Manager is responsible for making sure we sustain UC’s excellent occupancy levels, by focusing on the value propositions, product offerings, and member experiences and touchpoints that matter most. The successful candidate will be diligent with a proven track record in sales.

In detail, as a Sales Manager you would be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Ensure steady and high occupancy across all of our coworking and coliving spaces
  • Support and guide the Junior Sales Representative(s) in the execution of sales actions to convert our leads in coliving and coworking customers
  • Explore new ways and channels of lead acquisition: direct sales, strategic partnerships…
  • Work with the Marketing and Operations Managers to ensure our marketing actions are aligned with our sales needs
  • Reduce the sales workload by having an optimized and automated CRM
  • Increase customer lifetime value by defining post-sales, upselling and cross-selling strategies
  • Forecasting sales results

Requisitos

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales
  • Highly organized, detail oriented and have a problem solving attitude
  • Capacity to operate independently
  • Full fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish language is a must
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, in love with new challenges
  • Strong team spirit
  • Great presentation and communication skills
  • Experience with CRMs: Hubspot is a plus

Some valuable skills for the role:

  • Coworking or any commercial real estate sales or B2B solution sales experience is a plus
