Upway is the leading platform selling refurbished e-bikes in Europe and the US. In two years, we have given a new life to over 20,000 e-bikes, and we are continuing to grow fast! Germany has now become our largest market, and we are hiring a Graduate Operations Manager to join our Operations team.

The Operations team’s role is to build and improve our processes in order to offer a seamless customer experience. This includes collecting bikes from sellers, inspecting and repairing them in our workshops, shipping them to consumers and managing after-sales support. Our goal is to build the most efficient, highest-quality and safest operation at scale, so we can refurbish over 1 million German e-bikes in the next 10 years!

• Strong academic background in engineering, finance, logistics, business, MINT or similar
• 0-2 years of experience in Operations, Finance, Consulting or equivalent
• Proficiency in German and English
• Strong communication and leadership skills, ability to lead a small team in a warehouse environment
• Great problem solving skills
• Attention to details and obsession for operational excellence
• High energy and a willingness to learn and to improve our operations every day!
