We think that job offers are often very abstract so here is the first challenge you will have to face : intimately understand the problems facing our customer support team and solve them. After successfully taking up this challenge, your main responsibilities would be:

• Work alongside Support, Tech, & Product to create best tools a support team has ever seen.
• Initiate any kind of discovery studies that will help you intimately understand the support team’s problems
• Be responsible for the smoothest possible delivery of your team’s work, from testing to real-world usage.
• Craft clear & compelling product requirements hand-in-hand with our Engineering team
• Own the roadmap and KPIs for the support team’s products
• Work alongside the Head of Product on all aspects of the product processes inside Ulysse — as the second Product team member, your impact will be significant.
• Share your passion for all things Product with the team at large and help us create a great environment for Product people.

👋🏼 You’re more than welcome on board if…

You are or have:

• Meaningful Product experience. We need you to have a strong product & UX sense, and be quite a fast learner! This is usually at least 2/3 years of product experience but we are open!
• Extraordinary communication skills, both written and verbal, you can balance conflicting ideas and foster consensus to move things forward. As a Product team member, communication is key.
• A burning passion to build simple, well-designed products. You understand that removing the non-essential is as important as adding more features.
• A high bias towards shipping stuff that works, no matter the challenges or problems.
• Comfortable navigating the ambiguity and ever-changing landscape of a fast-growing startup. We are still at a small scale and things can change. But we keep calm and address issues in a kind and open way.
• Humble and still willing to grow (no matter your seniority).
• Collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching.
• Very comfortable in written and spoken French + English.

VIK (Very Important to Know)

• We don’t care if you come from a university or business school. The most important thing for us is your mindset, your motivation and the few skills needed of course.
• A real plus: you’ve already had startup experience.
• A real minus: you’ve never traveled.

• Feel free to answer in French or in English!
• Don’t overdo it! This shouldn’t take you more than 30 mins. Please keep the word count to ~300 per question.
