Working with Product Manager and product assistant and under the responsibility of co-founder and COO, your mission will be to maximize the value of the product by defining, prioritizing and evaluating the work of the Engineering Team. You will contribute to:

Define feature specifications (Shape)

• Understand and clarify the problem to solve (Pitch)
• Define feature specifications (how to answer the expressed needs) and test hypothesis: user flow, wireframe, prototype, sample dataset…
• Ensure technical feasibility and optimization with Software Engineers
• Ensure that the solution answers user needs (internal or external stakeholders), prototypes can be shared when needed

Manage release plans with Engineering Team

• Manage development cycles: deadlines, selected features, progression
• Define feature acceptance criteria given quality and value produced
• Communicate about releases and maintain internal public changelog to ensure team alignment

Manage product key stakeholders

• Partners - Define how to integrate Trustpair’s API into technical ecosystem
• API providers - Monitor external API usage (data providers)
• Internal solution consultant - Train pre sales about the latest product evolutions, ensure product demonstration is up-to-date

Contribute to product vision alongside with Product Manager

• Give feedback to the Product Manager
• Benchmark other solutions related to Trustpair and product best practices
• Define what features are coming next based on strategic roadmap (established by PM)

• Minimum 5 years of experience with one significant experience working as a PO on a SaaS B2B product
• Doer with an entrepreneurial mindset, you like to tackle new challenges
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Organised, rigorous, and adaptable to an ever-evolving process and team
• Ability to solve issues in creative ways
• Basic knowledge of design to be able to prototype
• Understanding of technical questions (code not required), customer to product translator
