What if you were to make our existing customers our primary growth factor?

A Toucan application is a clever balance of design and data. Your mission is to protect this balance on production apps, by providing the necessary support to our customers & designers.

Our Technical Care Team is composed of 3 talented persons, and provides support for:

  • Our app administrator customers and Toucan application developers

  • Our in-house teams as product experts.

Most importantly, we anticipate and help produce the most powerful and scalable applications from the moment they are created in collaboration with the Onboarding and CSM teams!

MISSIONS & PROJECTS

Client Support - End User

  • You provide level 2 technical support for production applications and liaise with the R&D team on level 3 issues.

  • You handle data: within the framework of support, you solve your client’s problems related to datas.

  • You make your life easier by transforming problems into scalable solutions, working hand in hand with our R&D team.

Application Designers’ Support

  • You answer Technical & Data questions related to the design of Toucan Toco applications.

  • You coordinate the feedback & help prioritize it: centralization & categorization of needs.

  • You position yourself as an expert, and transfer Dataviz’ best practices to the Toucan Toco Designers.

Monitoring the industrialization and scalability of our applications

  • You audit applications to ensure the best possible integration of Toucan Toco with the Client systems.

  • The product evolves extremely fast. You make sure that the customer always has access to the latest features and that his applications do not have any technical debt.

Requisitos

PROFILE

English required - Business Proficient

You have come from a data background/degree and have a strong interest for customer relations.

  • You are able to understand and navigate through technical topics without knowing all the details.

  • You know how to manage emergency situations and prioritize your actions.

  • You are an excellent communicator in both written and spoken French and English.

  • You have good organizational reflexes and your work method is resistant to the unexpected.

  • You have a good vision of business issues in a B2B context.

ATTITUDE

  • Pragmatic and resourceful, you’re a “doer” = you do things, quick and well.

  • You are convinced of the impact that data presentation can have

  • Creative, curious and autonomous, you are ambitious and want to participate to a start-up growth

  • You want to progress in the contact of performing individuals

  • You use Digital Tools efficiently
