What responsibilities we’re looking for in this role

• Lead product design process end-to-end, from research to developer handoff
• Conduct user research to identify user needs and pain points
• Sketch solutions, build prototypes, test ideas with users and refine with user feedback
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers and stakeholders to explore and build new experiences
• Work with other designers to build out design system and maintain consistency across products
• Drive product vision, strategy and roadmaps in the context of broader business goals
• Contribute to strategic decisions around the future direction of Taster products

We’re a perfect fit for you if you have:

• A diverse portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, product design skills and experience conducting user research
• 1-3 years experience as a Product Designer ideally in a Tech or Food environment
• Ability to work independently, balance priorities and take initiative
• Experience as a leader or contributor to a design system (design principles, style guide, visual identity, pattern and components library)
• Proficiency with standard design tools for prototyping
• Strong research skills and experience conducting user interviews
• Strong visual design skills with proficiency in dashboard design, information architecture, typography and responsive design
• Strong attention to detail
• B2B experience is a plus
