As a Talent Manager, you will be in charge of:
- Implement key HR processes including performance management, talent development and retention.
- Execute and develop a compensation and benefits strategy.
- Ensure the strategy and processes are implemented in line with the values and culture of Synapse Medicine.
- Collaborate and coach managers to define and implement talent development initiatives and processes in order to improve performance, excellence and cultural alignment.
- Work closely with the social relations team for the smooth running of social relations (IRP, CSE…). Maintain trusting relationships with social partners.
You will also cover various aspects of the HR function: personnel administration, career management, training, legal, individual and collective agreements, etc.
