Swan is looking for its first Business Account Manager to nurture relations with its partners (customers), help them market Swan’s offering, understand their needs & upsell them new features. In addition, being the first member of the team, you will have the opportunity to build the organisation from the ground up. Based in Paris, you’ll be in charge of managing our existing relationships across Europe.
This is a key role for us, since we sell our product through a B2B2X model. This means we sell our infrastructure to our partners, who integrate Swan’s product into their own product, and then sell the Swan features to their own end customers.
As such, we’re looking for someone who will be able to optimize this B2B2X model and who will make sure our partners get the most out of Swan’s APIs. Similarly to a classic Account manager, you will be the main point of contact for our partners, you will maintain a great relationship with them etc. On top of this, you will help our partners be efficient in selling to their own end customers.
We need a curious person with an entrepreneurial mindset, willing to learn and comfortable with the technical aspects of our product, a strategic thinker able to understand our partners’ markets and a team player who will partner with our product, sales and marketing teams (among others).
