• Contacter les prospects entrants conformément aux objectifs prévus.
• Faites attention au temps d'engagement pour contacter les prospects dans les plus brefs délais.
• Exploiter les outils de SumUp Caisse pour saisir les informations relatives aux qualifications de manière standardisée et maintenir une qualité élevée des données.
• Promouvoir l'écosystème SumUp Caisse et traiter les objections potentielles pour renforcer l'engagement futur des clients.
• Convertir un maximum d'appels de qualification en rendez-vous pour les chargés de clientèle, conformément aux objectifs de SumUp Caisse
• Réactiver les pistes le cas échéant

Skills required

• Forte présence et expérience au téléphone
• La volonté d'exceller
• Excellentes aptitudes à la communication verbale et écrite
• Aptitudes à l'écoute et à la présentation
• Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches, à établir des priorités et à gérer son temps de manière efficace.
• Autonome, très motivé, orienté vers les objectifs, sans peur, ambitieux, esprit d'équipe.
• Une expérience préalable dans le secteur FnB (alimentation et boissons) est un atout.
• Les données permettent de prendre les bonnes décisions
