🚀 Mission

As Growth Manager for SumUp your role will be to reach prospects from our core market at any step of their decision making process and trigger their need for a new POS.

Based in Paris, Barcelona or London, you will work closely with SumUppers located in Germany, Spain, Italy, the UK and more. This strategic position will hold responsibility for KPIs in every market where our POS is up for sale.

💪 Tasks

Your day-to-day tasks will consist of:

  • Boosting the conversion rate of our B2B website and Blog through new features, UX improvements, AB testing etc.
  • UX optimization, user journey optimization work with stakeholder to create a friction less experience
  • Developing our lead generation strategy & Roadmap: you will define in coordination with the sales team our targeted persona, our lead generation KPIs and projects.
  • Implementing the lead generation roadmap and campaigns: you will generate qualified leads through defined process and global campaigns: content, event marketing, email nurturing, marketing automation and in collaboration with our Inbound Paid Acquisition team. You will coordinate various stakeholders : content producers, growth engineers, business developers, traffic managers, etc. to deliver ambitious Lead Generation projects with clear goals, deadlines, cadences and ownership.
  • Analyzing performance: you will keep track of the performance of your actions and share with the sales team clear dashboards of qualified leads. You will identify the main drops in our workflows to improve them constantly.
  • Managing our database: you will manage our prospects database and prospects evolution in their buyer journey. You will be in charge of enriching it with external resources to make prospects move forward & help sales people close them.
  • Iterating to understand & serve our prospects: You will be the point of contact between our Sales and Key Account Management team and our prospects to improve our contents & approach, and to develop new ideas of campaigns to reach and nurture them.

🧠 Requirements

Hard Skills

  • Project management: you are well-organized in defining targets, milestones, & deadlines of a project involving many stakeholders and follow up on delivery and impact
  • 4+ years of experience with relevant experience in the Lead generation & B2B sector. Managing an international scope is a plus.
  • You master at least one lead generation tool (marketing automation, nurturing, e-mailing and workflows): Salesforce, Pardot, Hubspot. Great knowledge on Salesforce is a plus.
  • Proficiency in French and English. Spanish, Italian or German is a plus.

Soft Skills

  • Analytical: you know how to deal with data and analyze the impact of your actions. With a data-driven mindset, you get and share insights to identify new opportunities, improve our workflows & plan actions.
  • Empathy: you listen to others carefully and have the ability to put you in other people’s shoes to help define their needs, objectives and objections (our clients, sales team, KAM).
  • Rigorous & focused -- You’re efficient and precise which allows you to iterate and find solutions quickly.
  • Team player -- You have good communication skills and the ability to translate unclear ideas into tangible actions and measurable objectives.
