Position

We are looking for a smart and talented Technical Engineer to build a bridge between non-technical operators and our informatical system. The Tech Solver team is currently composed of 3 people (EPITA, 42, McGill). Due to our growth (x4 per year), this number is likely to increase quite rapidly.

You will be responsible for handling technical queries from our operators which have 3 primary outputs:

  • Explain how to perform the desired operation on our interface
  • Solve technical issues
  • Write bug reports & feature requests to improve our operations.

You will be the go-to person for anything related to our product, it’s features and how to use it.

Missions

  • Handle Stockly Tech Tickets
  • Improve our interfaces to clarify & smooth the communications between the techs & the operations teams
  • Reproduce and write detailed bug reports and feature requests

Requisitos

You see yourself in the following:

  • A past experience in IT or a strong experience in B2B customer support highly valued
  • You are very rigorous and you like to investigate technical problems
  • You feel very confortable with software and like to dig in their configurations
  • You love math and logic
  • You can speak English
