Startup Flow is looking for a Product Owner to reinforce the product team which currently is made up of a senior product manager and a product designer.

With already tens of thousands of users in more than 40 countries, our product will scale even further: the employees of our current customers (more than 5 million people) and of our future customers (our business growth is still strong) are potential users to be activated for future product bricks to be invented.

Within the product team (a Senior Product Manager and a Product Designer), the main tasks are :

• Co-build the product roadmap with the Senior Product Manager and contribute to its development.
• Identify and prioritise user and business needs on the product with the Senior Product Manager.
• Collaborate with the UX/UI designer to design new functionalities or improve existing ones in the most pragmatic way possible
• Writing user-stories, prioritising the product backlog in support of the Senior Product Manager.
• Set up performance and quality indicators that allow the technical team to easily monitor its progress in the sprint and in relation to the roadmap.
• Ensuring that the technical team works effectively on the highest priority topics without spreading itself too thinly.
• Monitor and test current developments
• Manage the launch of features and their communication internally and externally with the Senior Product Manager.
• Measure the impact of features delivered to customers with the help of Data Analyst.

• Experience in web and mobile product design, ideally in an SaaS B2B context
• Previous experience working in a startup environment
• High degree of empathy, willingness to understand the problems of users and to go and meet them in the field, but also the ability to work with a technical team
• Ability to look for details at all times
• Having technical knowledge is a plus
• Mastery of written and spoken English
