What will be your mission ?
As the People Operations Specialist at Spendesk, your mission is to actively contribute to building the best-in-class Employee Experience through highly efficient People Service and administration of our HR IS.
What will you be doing ?
- Be the administrator of our HR Information System (Personio) to ensure all the people related data is up to date and reliable at all times;
- Be the HR administrator of every Spendesker during their on-boarding, journey and off-boarding from Spendesk (e.g. employment certificates, access to tools, registrations, etc);
- Be the first Point of Contact (POC) of all Spendeskers based in Germany for any day-to-day questions related to local regulations as well as perks and benefits (paid-time-off, leaves, wellness, health insurance, compensation, pension etc.) ;
- Actively contribute to innovative projects aiming at improving our People Service Delivery Model at Spendesk;
- Grow your HR expertise by being the back-up of the People Operations Specialists of the team.

What do you need to have ?
- 3-5 years of experience in HR Administration and/or payroll management roles;
- Strong attention to details and high level of operational execution;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and native German speaker
- Outstanding capacity to communicate with other teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
