What will your missions be ?

Working closely with our finance and accounting team your main responsibilities will be:

Related to the Core banking system

  • Keeping track of all interaction between ISIE/ACA accounting interpretor and other tools
  • Manage day to day imports in the accounting interpretor
  • Manage recycling module (transaction cancelled to be reimported)
  • Banking reconciliation
  • Create new rules for future services provided by SFS that must go through the interpreto
  • Accounting within our ERP (Netsuite)

  • Account payable (AP) and asset management : entries using Spendesk, creation of suppliers in our accounting software, reconciliation of supplier entries (payment vs invoices)
  • Prepare all the invoices (prepare the bookkeeping, and push to the software)
  • Treasury management : payment generation from Spendesk, cash reconciliation
  • Account receivable (AR) management : invoicing, AR reconciliation
  • General accounting : invoices and cut off management, accruals follow up, fixed asset amortization, inter company reconciliation
  • Monthly closing: review P&L and BS on a monthly basis
  • Regulatory: quarterly communication with RSM our Tax advisor regarding the reporting
  • Your Competency Profile:

  • The ideal candidate will have previous experiences in accounting positions (internships or full time position up to 2 years of banking accountant) with an accounting degree or specialization in accounting
  • Your profile :

  • You are eager to grow and curiosity is one of your main qualities
  • You have great communication skills
  • You are organized, autonomous and agile, change does not scare you
  • You are fluent in French and in English and want to work in an international environment
