As part of the Customer Engagement team and the broader Customer Success team, you will take advantage of your technical and interpersonal skills to help our merchants integrate SlimPay solutions into their technical environment. You will have the opportunity to work in a friendly and collaborative atmosphere, where innovative ideas are always welcomed.

What will be your contributions?

You will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:

  • Analyze the needs of our customers/prospects and propose the most appropriate technical solutions — all in close collaboration with the sales, IT and product teams
  • Provide consulting and technical support during the integration phase of SlimPay products
  • Participate in tenders, POC implementation and product demonstration
  • Own and maintain documentation on methodologies, deliverables and milestones
  • Ensure that SlimPay’s solution is delivered within the expected deadlines
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with customer/prospect requests and solution architecture

Requisitos

What are the qualifications needed?

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in technical project management
  • You are fluent in French, English and Italian. Spanish would be a plus
  • You are ideally trained in IT or MIAGE
  • You want to progress in project management and take part in defining customer implementation practices
  • You have good interpersonal skills
  • You thrive on teamwork, research, analysis and finding resolutions to technical issues
  • You are able to maintain a positive composure when handling critical client situations
  • You know how to prioritize urgent tasks with a mindset of continuous improvement
