Descripción del puesto

After our fundraising in November 2021 of 60M€, we are extending our Product Team to propose a more and more premium experience to our beloved customers: Artists and Collectors from all over the world.

Now, we are looking for a Product Designer to join the SINGULART's adventure and move the art world with creativity.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Team

Today, our Design Team is composed of Olga, our Lead Product Designer, Virginie, Product Designer and managed by Paul, the Head of Product.

You will collaborate closely with our Product Managers within your squad (around 6-7 persons Product Manager and developers) on both the Discovery and Delivery parts.

The Design team has its own rituals and team projects across squads.

🧑‍🎨 Our Squad Organization

Our Product & Tech organization is divided in four squads:

- Explore: working on the arrival and search part of the user journey

- Personal Experience: focusing on recommendation and the personal interaction between SINGULART and international users

- Creators & Merchandising: collaborating closely with artists and furniture designers on their personal Back Office.

- Buy: focusing on cart conversion and post-purchase experience

On the Design team, you have an impact on our main objectives: finding the balance between demonstrating our expertise in the art market and offering a platform that is accessible to all our customers, whether informed or novice; plus, adapting the customer path according to sales rituals of every region we sell (DACH, EMEA, US and  APAC).

👉 Your responsibilities

  • Working on the Discovery part with your Product Manager on different opportunities that have been prioritized (e.g price reassurance, search behavior, enhanced artwork discovery…), user interviews in collaboration with our User Researcher, managing workshops and user testing to deliver premium interfaces
  • Participating on our rituals Design Critics (that we prefer to call Design Party), workshops on Design specific projects (navigation, cross-content...), UI reviews, benchmarks and proposing new methods or approach
  • On the Delivery part, producing mockups and final UI in line with our design system and Tech teams
  • Our design stack : Figma, Figjam/Miro, Notion, Maze.

    🔍 What we look for:

  • Speaking English fluently is mandatory (worldwide clients and colleagues), speaking French is a bonus
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer or you already worked on similar projects (create Premium design interfaces for exigent clients, build from scratch a new design system)
  • UI skills: you are keen to propose new interfaces respecting our high standards
  • UX skills: you want to be part of the project, use your expertise or learning more about it!
  • Good communication skills: be able to talk with different stakeholders, arguing your design proposals, challenging product managers
  • You are creative but your work is based on Product methodologies, Design processes and Agile rituals
  • An experience in eCommerce/SaaS companies is definately a plus
  • The job can be a full remote contrat from France only.

📨 Please send your portfolio, figma's work or former use cases for next steps.

  • Interview with Paul, the Head of Product (1h)
  • Technical interview (questions about your experience and a presentation of some of your past work (1h30)) with Olga, our Lead Product Designer
