You will lead an established, highly motivated Marketing team delivering rapid growth in Shopmium’s brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement in Europe. You will take responsibility for the global digital marketing strategy and budget, executing existing plans and campaigns and helping set out additional initiatives.

Scope

  • User acquisition and activation: acquire new users for our Mobile app and website.
  • User retention and User happiness: increase user engagement, lifetime value and satisfaction.
  • Social media / Community management: grow brand visibility and community engagement.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Run the digital marketing strategy in Europe (FR, UK, BE) according to company goals and effectively control the marketing budget.
  • Define, lead and run the marketing operations calendar (special ops, recurring ops, social…).
  • Run all user communications and drive evolution to personalised messaging (email, push, in app message)
  • Improve CRM campaign performances & launch new ones (onboarding, wake up, loyalty program).
  • Follow KPIs/ROI and contribute to business performance reviews.
  • Management of a team with 5 direct reports to rely on. Responsible for team’s alignment with company strategy.
  • Harmonize processes and operations across Europe.
  • Reporting to the Managing Director

Requisitos

Knowledge, skills and experience

  • Proven experience of developing and delivering digital marketing plans in a senior marketing role.
  • Experience managing and being accountable for large marketing budgets and delivering results.
  • 360° marketing experience with a focus on retention, CRM and analytics.
  • Experience using a customer engagement platform (Braze an advantage)
  • Experience managing a diverse group of marketing experts.
  • Strong communication skills (in French & English), able to translate plans and marketing ideas to all parts of the organisation.
  • Ability to work independently and set deadlines for self and others.
