More than ever, with the impressive growth in e-commerce during the pandemic, we need to onboard new talent. 💥 That’s where you come in.

We’re searching for a dynamic, ambitious and talented Sales Team Lead to hire, manage, coach and develop a high performing Account Executive (AE) team. Reporting directly to our VP sales, this person will be critical in helping our AEs meet and exceed their quotas. This position is ideal for someone who is obsessed with sales metrics almost as much as they love building and coaching teams for optimal performance.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support and develop a team of 3-5 Account Executives (AEs) to meet and exceed their quotas.
  • Work closely with the VP Sales and Sales Ops Manager to revamp and implement onboarding and training resources for new AEs, as well as ongoing training for existing AEs.
  • Manage and close your own deals focusing on larger Enterprise opportunities.
  • Help AEs stay accountable for hitting their monthly/quarterly targets, while also maintaining pipeline hygiene in our CRM.
  • Leverage all of our existing Sales Ops/Enablement tools to coach our AEs in order to increase close rates.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s with team members to find improvement opportunities, as well as shadow calls, conduct role plays, and develop training as needed.
  • Partner closely with BDR Managers, co-Sales Team Lead, and with Marketing/Customer Support to help drive strategy.

Requisitos

You could be a good fit if :

  • 4+ years of sales experience in a high-growth SaaS startup including 2+ years in a management role.
  • Proven record of meeting and exceeding individual and (more importantly) track record of helping team members meet & exceed quotas.
  • Proven record of process optimization and improvements.
  • Strong phone communication skills - fearlessness in picking up the phone.
  • Have excellent communication skills. Detail oriented, strong grammar and writing skills.
  • Salesforce and/or Hubspot experience.
  • You are fluent in English (additional European language is highly desired).
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or a combination of equivalent experience and education.
