We are actively looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team!

Your role:

As part of the Group Finance Department and to support Shadow’s growth, you are responsible for sales forecasts, marketing budget control, and designing new business models. In a mostly fixed-cost environment, you’ll be optimizing our fixed costs to help the company maximize its profitability. You are working directly with the senior management and have a 360 view of the current and future business of Shadow. You will also contribute to our M&A opportunities.

Your Goals:

1) Building Budget and Forecast: be responsible for the growth and top-line planning and associated modeling work : 

- Participate in the budgeting process;

- Work with the BUs on building sales and marketing plans;

- Use and evaluate inputs on capacity plans from the infrastructure BU;

- Work with the Data team to ensure in-depth analysis and data reliability;

- Provide variance analysis.

2) Controlling budget: help Top Management take decisions in tactical plans by quantifying and reporting on the gaps between budget and reality:

- Prepare reporting deck (Finance & KPI’s).

Other key responsibilities: 

- Work with all Business units on new business/offers business models (full analysis of the profitability of new offers including potential Capex);

- Participate in the analysis of potential acquisitions.

Your Profile:

- You have 2 years of experience in consulting (Transaction Services) /Investment Banking or in a similar position in a fast-paced environment;

- You have a financial background with a very good understanding of accounting;

- You are proficient in modeling with Excel;

- You have a first experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Metabase, Power BI, Tableau, ...);

- You have a strong business sense and you are tech-savvy;

- You have excellent analytical and synthetical skills;

- You are a quick learner, with the  ability to grasp key business drivers and communicate in a focused manner;

- You have strong communication skills, both verbal and in writing;

- You are autonomous and proactive in your tasks;

- You are a team player, you will work closely with several teams to achieve a common goal;

- You are fluent in English (written and spoken).
