Required profile

We are looking for an Italian& French native speaker talent to join the team as Key Account Manager France. Your goal will be to develop and be fully in charge of the Key Accounts of the company. You will join the adventure from the beginning and you will contribute to the growth of the French and Italian market. You will work in a multicultural company & offices (job based in the city center of Paris).

As a Key Account Manager, you will be in charge of growing the company business on the French and Italian market. Main responsibilities include:

  1. Account Executive : You are in charge of the full annual negotiation of the partnership with all the key account of the company. Thus, you will directly participate of the growth of the company on your markets!

  2. Account Management : You will organize the integration and onboarding of your partners on sensaterra.com., get in touch with your customer portfolio to create special & promotional offers with them, to add more products online, and to help them to grow their sales. To do so, you will analyze your customer numbers with our own tools and you will keep on being proactive.

  3. Sales strategy: You will create and have access to internal tools in order to follow customer numbers and develop a proper growth strategy. You will also help us structure the processes that will allow all new joiners to be more efficient! You need to be creative and proactive to develop new strategies to make the business grow.

  4. Fairs & events: And of course, you will be the best SENSATERRA representative during hot beverages fairs in Italy.

Remuneration: 27.000 to 30.000/year (fixed income) regarding experience + unlimited bonus (regarding performance) = minimum 3K€ bonus/annually

Requisitos

● You are fond of challenges; you are proactive and ultra-motivated by being invested in an ambitious start-up launch and growth
● You are a SALES person: you contact your partners by phone and never give up!
● You already have sales experience (or feel you can do it!)
● You enjoy human relations. You are dynamic
● You are not afraid to pick up the phone and get a direct contact with your accounts
You speak French at a native level speaker
● You are good at speaking English, German and/or Italian is a plus
● You are passionate or just very curious about the hot beverages market
● You build strong relationships with your partners, especially when it comes to great hot beverages ? :)
