About the job
Reporting to our co-founders Maxence & Camille, you’re charged with hiring our next talents, who bring a mindset of continuous improvement to all that they do, to join Sensaterra Team. You’re responsible for engineering and leading the recruitment and hiring process for our candidates and being the face of our company to potential recruits.

We’re scaling and will need you to bring process improvement and set the foundation for our future growth at Sensaterra. You will lead, with the help of your manager, all the recruitment process by Sensaterra : CV screening, first contacts, first interview and debriefs. But also in charge of contacting agencies to help us in our mission to find great talents to join Sensaterra Team.

You will be in charge:
• Creating and publishing job offers on Jungle, Job Teaser, Linkedin and the other platforms
• Screening CVs and phone screening the candidates
• Having first interview with the candidate
• Managing all interview processes (conducting, sending invitations, informing)
• Following up the processes
• Contacting agencies to help you to find best fit candidates
• Headhunting new talents on Linkedin
• Contacting with universities to hire interns
• Attending University Fairs
• Helping the co-founder with different tasks (social media, content…)
• Owning administration work (office & asset management)

Requisitos

• You are studying Psychology, Human Resources or related degrees
• You are fond of challenges; you are proactive and ultra-motivated by being invested in an ambitious start-up launch and growth
• You are curious, proactive and structure
• You are a hunter! You enjoy hunt on Linkedin to find great new talents !
• You already have a HR experience (or feel you can do it!)
• You love to interact with people, in an international environment
• You believe that you can work with co-founders
• You speak French or Italian or German fluently
• You are good at speaking English
• You are passionate or just very curious about the hot beverages market
