sennder is a European digital freight forwarder looking for a sales development representative, carrier growth to join our expansion team.

The role is based out of the Madrid office and will report to manager, senior quality. Do you want to help us shape the future of the logistics industry?

In this role you will:

  • Identify and create new qualified carrier opportunities
  • Become a trusted resource and develop relationship with carriers
  • Discover new carrier opportunities in logistic platforms, cold calling, developing carriers strong relationship, leading carrier´s search in the most creative way possible 
  • You will be the first point of contact for our carriers. Together, you monitor, manage and deliver the required customer service level.
  • Monitor and control continuously logistic KPIs (in-time delivery, transit times, delivery exceptions, etc)
  • Data Analysis (Analysing all the information gathered and working with other  departments such as carrier Growth, Quality and Account Management).

Preferably you are:

  • Experience in freight forwarding
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player, self-motivated and a "can - do " attitude
  • You speak and write Spanish fluently (ideally on a native level) and you have a good English level .
