Specific responsibilities include

  • Develop sales srategies to solicit new potential customers.
  • Work in collaboration with the Marketing team to develop targeted marketing tactics for your assigned territory.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities through cold emailing, cold-calling or responding to inquiries generated from marketing campaigns.
  • Create relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.
  • Present product information to customers once you have identified their needs.
  • Move solid leads through the sales funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls.
  • Perform regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitate communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities

Requisitos

  • A relevant Bachelor’s degree
  • 1 year of sales experience or experience in a customer-facing/tech support role
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency with SalesForce or other CRM software is a plus
  • Prior experience as a sales development representative will be an advantage
