Online retail has to be driven by data - Not opinions, feelings or assumptions. We see e-commerce departments working in silos without global oversight about their products and how much money they’re making or losing on them.

As a Product Designer, you will be a key stakeholder in defining solutions for pressing user problems. In partnership with Product Managers will be responsible for finding, exploring and prioritizing problems. In addition, you will collaborate with Engineering, Marketing and Commercial teams to identify and define suitable solutions. We hope that you’d be able to thoughtfully design for functionality and elegance that can provide our users with a great user experience devoid of friction.

What can you expect to work on

• Drive design initiatives across the platform collaboratively with folks from different teams
• Work on pressing customer problems that have been properly defined by Product Managers and selected for Delivery. You can work on this problem while you get a lay of the land and become comfortable with the platform.
• Your opinions and thoughts will be heard, valued and importantly acted upon when it moves the needle in helping us solve our customers’ problems
• Define user flows based on use cases(and corner cases) based on product requirements
• Create functional and elegant UI designs - from Whiteboarding to Wireframes and High Fidelity Designs.
• Regularly carry out user testing to collect customer feedback, uncover blind spots and help people achieve more with ROI Hunter
• We’ve got a lot of data that can give you important insights to make decisions that help design the product better. All you have to do is simply ask and measure it continuously.
