RESPONSIBILITIES

We are growing our design team and we are looking for an awesome Senior Product Designer, willing to build the best collaborative growth platform in the world.

At Reveal, we quickly understood that User Experience and Design can make a tremendous difference vs our competitors. That’s why we are relentless when it comes to the quality and feeling of our product.

You will be Reveal’s first Product Designer, which is a great challenge and opportunity to level up our design approach, with a lot of ownership.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will be partnering with Product Managers and Engineering to uncover ou user’s key needs and deliver best in class product experience.

As the UI referent for our entire product, you will be in charge of the whole design and UI process, from concepts to implementation and launch. It’s a very hands-on role with the opportunity to grow as a leader in the company.

Your responsibilities at Reveal:

Design an exceptional product. You will lead design projects throughout the product life cycle and ensure perfect implementation with detailed specs, collaboration with engineers and communication with your peers.

Implement top-level practices: from the way we create prototypes, to user testing and shipping quality experience, you will pave the way to elevate design execution in the company.

Scale our Design: develop, maintain and implement our design system, ensure product consistency and relentlessly look for ways to simplify users’ experience. 

Brand identity: you will be the guardian of our brand experience, making sure our product reflects this identity. 

Support Discovery in partnership with Product Managers, so we can uncover unmet needs and make informed design decisions.

Make the complex obvious: Reveal’s human and warm touch also come from its graphic principles. You will help make the service accessible and simplify the understanding of complex interfaces.

This job will report to the CPO.

 

YOU WILL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU

• Have a minimum of 4 years experience as a Product Designer (or senior UX/UI Designer), preferably in B2B or B2C startup environment.
• Are passionate and great when it comes to crafting delightful, fluid User Interfaces and User Flows. Bonus if you have experience in complex B2B products.
• Make sure your work is scalable, especially through the use of Design Systems
• Excel when it comes to collaborating and communicating with Product Managers and Engineers, and ensure proper implementation of your design, down to the Pixel.
• Have a jedi-level mastery of design tools (Figma, AdobeXd, Sketch...) and you can present to us 2 or 3 projects of which you are proud.
• Have experience in User Research (and you are keen to increase your knowledge on the subject).
• Are a natural leader: you are reliable, have a sense of ownership and can be the go-to-person in the company when it comes to design.
• Are organiSed, methodical, and good at prioritiSing.
• Speak fluent English.

HIRING PROCESS 

• The journey starts with a video interview with Talent Acquisition Manager (20 min)
• Then a face-to-face (virtual) meeting with a member of the Product Team  (1 hour)
• This will then be followed by a case study interview to validate your practical job-related skills with CPO and Lead Frontend Engineer (1 hour)
• You will be asked to provide us with professional references, including two managers.
