A graduate from the Paris Polytechnique and Telecom, Benoît began his career at France Telecom as an R&D Engineer. After 2 years, he followed the call of entrepreneurship, and launched a site of real estate listings specialised in English buyers, which quickly became well-known. Benoît manages Green-Acres strategy today, with one simple goal: simplify buying real estate, all over the world!
Fascinated by technology and innovation, and with his master’s degree in computing in hand, Julien started out in London, where he became Lead Developer at IPT. Three years later, he came back to France to launch the French branch of IPT and to be in charge of the technical department.
After a spell at Betclic, then Bisnode, where he managed a team of ten working on technical projects for big websites in a variety of sectors (banking, insurance, online gaming), he became CTO at Green-Acres. Today Julien manages the Green-Acres technical team with one goal in mind: offer the best experience to all the users of the platform.
After studying at the IESEG and gaining some experience as a Business Developer in education, Fabien was attracted by the ambition of Realist.
He joined the startup first as an Account Manager then, as the team grew, he became Lead Account Manager. Today he manages a team of 15 in France and abroad. His role is to ensure the sales excellence of Realist, as much by defining and following up clear objectives, as through the constant accompaniment and support of his team.
The goal of Realist is to bring the best of artificial intelligence to the real estate sector. Founded by Benoît Galy, graduate data scientist from the Paris Polytechnic, in 2004 the company launched Green-Acres.com, the real estate portal, international leader in Europe, with 400,000 houses for sale in 22 languages and in 50 countries.
Today they have taken to heart the goal of doing this again by launching an ambitious project, Vizzit, that will be the Google of real estate.
