Missions :

Workplace management in Work From Anywhere environment

- You will take care of and maintain the Paris office to make it a nice and safe place to work

- You will be the point of contact for suppliers and for our subcontractors. You will have the ownership of challenging/proposing improvements on services & costs.

- You will manage the procurement and monitoring of all supplies, equipment, and furniture

- You will provide the full spectrum of office services and general support to visitors

 - You will take care of the remote meeting experience (for both employees working from inside & outside the Paris office), maintaining & improving both collaborative devices & tools alongside with IT team

Events in Work From Anywhere environement

- You will plan and organize internal events for PrestaCrew: , team gatherings in Paris or remote, company offsite, teams offsite, online events etc..

- You will coordinate some external events: meetups, video shootings, etc.

- You will support remote teammates in organizing their trips to the Paris office

- Ad-hoc support on various projects

Admin & Employee experience

- You will actively participate in the onboarding and offboarding processes

- You will assist with the implementation of new perks and benefits programs

- You will provide ad-hoc support on some admin matters and collaborate on various HR projects

- You will choose the mentor of every new employer during onboarding
