PlayPlay is launching its first US office in New York City. This new role is focused on the US market.

We're offering a fantastic career opportunity for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People & TA team, lead the US talent acquisition strategy, and help us build the perfect team. 🤩

Reporting to Clément, our co-founder leading the US Expansion, who just moved to New York. You will join our US founding team and also work with our Global People team based in Paris HQ.

YOUR MISSIONS 💪

Own of the US talent acquisition

  • Define and own the recruitment scope (Marketing, CS & Sales...) in collaboration with two other Talent Recruiters.
  • Build your own strategy to grow solid pipelines of great talent.
  • Take ownership of the full candidate lifecycle: define needs (scorecard), write job descriptions, source and assess candidates, and organize the interview process.
  • Ensure a perfect hiring experience

  • Build strong relationships with our managers, while being bold enough to challenge their needs and decisions when necessary.
  • Ensure a top-notch candidate experience from the first contact through to onboarding.
  • Take part in talent management initiatives (onboarding, training…).
  • Drive forward with data

  • Track and report talent acquisition metrics to identify best practices and pain points.
  • Push innovative actions to improve our organization.
  • Build employer branding

  • Nurture PlayPlay's culture and values.
  • Identify and attend specific recruiting events.
  • Communicate about PlayPlays’ recruitment strategy through videos.

  • You have at least 4 years of experience as a Sales Recruiter in a fast-paced environment (in-house or agency).
  • You are organized and data-driven, with an eye for quality.
  • You are a hunter, able to build and grow an outbound acquisition pipeline of candidates!
