We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Paid Media Manager to join our growing team. As a Paid Media Manager at Pigment, you will be responsible for implementing and managing the overall company's paid media strategy.

Paid media is extremely important for our company's success, so your role will play a crucial role in achieving our business goals and objectives.

We are expecting you to have experience and a big passion for digital technologies and all digital marketing channels, keeping up to date with the latest trends in the industry.

You will support our marketing team in developing and running marketing campaigns across a wide range of media platforms including Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, StackAdapt.

You will plan, work with a paid agency to set up and monitor the campaign performance and make optimization recommendations on how to improve the results.

You will be responsible for developing reports for the team and wider business. You will also be expected to have a point of view on creative assets and the flow of the customer journey for your campaigns.

What you will do

  • Lead the development of paid media campaign strategies
  • Define the KPI and measurement approach for the campaigns
  • Collaborate on media plans that support the campaign strategy
  • Supervise the uploading of creative, setting up & validation of tracking tags and budget allocation across platforms.
  • Specify the requirements to build out an automated reporting dashboard
  • Manage marketing budget for maximum effectiveness by defining optimization approaches
  • Provide meaningful insights from data to consistently improve on activity 
  • Create a successful feedback loop to report on performance to the content, design and website team in order to consistently optimize results 
  • Maintain partnerships with media partners
  • Challenge and improve upon briefs
  • Work with you manager to actively improve process and ways of working across your role
  • Provide up to date developments within paid media channels to wider business
  • Keep up to date with latest thinking and technologies surrounding digital marketing, to maintain a good level of understanding
  • Make informed digital campaign recommendations based on market knowledge, research and previous campaign results
  • What you will need to succeed

  • Advanced strategic understanding of digital marketing approaches and techniques
  • Experience in full funnel management and optimisation
  • The ability to detect optimizing opportunities in all activated channels and apply these optimizations
  • Advanced knowledge of how to analyse the whole user journey
  • Strong experience with ad platforms including Google Adwords, Microsoft ads, Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit, StackAdapt
  • Strong experience with Google Analytics, Data Studio, Plausible, Hubspot, Salesforce 
  • Advanced skills MS Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
