Agile Project Manager – acts as a key facilitator between Project Deployment Layer (Business Relationship Managers and Project Managers) and Centers of Excellence and Technology architects as well as functional and technical managers of Global IT Solutions organization
He/she maintains very strong relationship with Business Relationship Management teams to understand project portfolio and roadmap as well as with Project Management teams to understand functional and technical scope of the projects. Also, to clearly define “out of scope”.
From the project kick off, throughout all the project milestones including testing (e.g. regression, integration) until post-implementation review and documentation of final solution (according to Scrum project management methodology) all the process has to be managed and coordinated by Agile Project Manager
Identifies and pushes toward the opportunities to reuse solutions already implemented in other countries.
Contributes to keep solutions catalog up to date.
