The Alliances Team is in charge of developing the business through partners and is on mission to empower partners through a robust enablement program for the entire client’s life cycle: sales & presales, implementation & support. In order to achieve this, The Alliances Team and the Learning I/O work closely to deliver great content.

PeopleDoc by Ultimate Software has an immediate opening for an Implementation Enablement Manager dedicated to partners. This position is either in France, Paris or in the UK, London as the scope is the entire international region for PeopleDoc that covers Northern Europe, Western Europe, Central Europe. It is a great opportunity for a motivated professional to provide PeopleDoc’s Partners and Ultimate Software Learning Team, our partner for life, with the most enjoyable learning experience through various formats: slideshows, quizzes, e-learning modules, board games (yes, we can!) …

We are looking for a skilled, motivated and organized person to build the implementation program leveraging the existing implementation methodology and the actual content.

This Enablement (Certification) expert handles enablement expectations, program construction and delivery within tight Partner timelines and should not be afraid of speaking in public, should love to travel and must be fluent both in the language of Shakespeare and Moliere.

Our ideal team member is patient, energetic, eager to learn from other teammates, never panics under pressure, masters standard design tools and has epic training skills to animate his/her own contents. Responsibilities:

  • Building & updating learning material for Implementation Enablement programs
  • Conduct Partners dedicated sessions on-site or via videoconferencing (English)
  • Schedule, monitor and follow-up learning sessions for Partners & Channels
  • Maintain the global Partner satisfaction rate over 90%
  • Collect Partners’ needs & feedbacks to improve our programs & curriculums
  • Be proactive to enhance the Partners learning experience

Requisitos

  • Great sense of pedagogy, patience and timekeeping (alarm clock advised)
  • Experience in project methodology would be an advantage
  • Fluent in English & French
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Training, Sales or Educational Design
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Globe-trotter and travel lover (passport needed)
  • Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative
  • Real interest in new technologies
  • Experience in SaaS or HRIS industry
  • Experience designing and delivering internal and external learning sessions
