As an intern in our marketing team, you will support an exciting variety of fundamental marketing tasks - spanning from event support to digital projects involving graphic design, website projects, email, social media, video, and brand asset organization.

You will be a fully integrated team member and work independently on your projects in close collaboration with other team members as well as your mentor. While activities would be focused on the German market, you will work in close collaboration with the European marketing team to ensure consistency worldwide.

The successful candidate will be required to:

  • Learn to support and co-manage event marketing logistics from pre-event to post-event.
  • Gain proficiency in marketing automation by using Hubspot to update the corporate website, run campaigns, and manage newsletters.
  • Achieve an Inbound Marketing certification from Hubspot.
  • Hone graphic design skills by create images for social media, blogs, and other marketing needs on Canva.
  • Learn to manage an editorial calendar and help schedule blog content regularly.
  • Understand the importance of metrics-driven marketing by developing and maintaining reports on marketing activities.
  • Help the PeopleDoc marketing team organize all brand assets for internal and external sharing.

Requisitos

  • Major/Concentration in: Advertising, Business, Communications or Marketing
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office, GSuite incl. Google Docs, Hootsuite, Canva, HubSpot (would be a plus)
  • Language skills: Proficient in German (100%), fluent English
  • Soft skills: Strong communications skills, comfortable to work in a fast-paced international environment, work independently, aptitude to grow and learn, willingness to bring in your own perspective
  • Interests: High level of self-motivation and affinity for social media, project management, and digital trends
