  • Contact prospects in order to obtain qualified appointments with top decision-makers (marketing directors, digital).
  • Manage incoming leads and answer their queries about our solutions
  • Give an excellent first impression to our prospects and customers
  • Work hand in hand with the International Sales team to increase their sales force, develop sales and help build a first class team.
  • Maintain a quality relationship with our various leads through reminders, personalized and creative messages to increase the interest of our prospects in our solutions.
  • Achieve weekly objectives of creating new opportunities and concrete sales
  • Generate new business opportunities on events, through marketing and various initiatives.

Your managers:

Miquel: Miquel is an energetic, enthusiastic person who enjoys challenges and achieving personal goals which easily explains his love for sports! He has practiced swimming and water polo for a while but also loves running, he sporadically took part in many races across Spain. He also enjoys Soccer, Basketball, paddle and cycling.

Sofien: He's recently joined the company with the goal of building a global BDR team uniting them all and get the team ready for upcoming market launches and new business opportunities! Born and raised in France, he has spent several years in Belgium, Sweden and Tunisia. He loves discovering new lifestyles, cultures and landscapes.  

Some members from your team: 

Eucleia: Her main goal is to sell Partoo to the Spanish and Portuguese market. From a personal point of view, she likes to practice sports and travel.

Alexandra: Originally from Venezuela, she has been living in Spain for 5 years. She graduated in Tourism and has a deep love for cooking food from all over the world and even more for deserts. She is very energetic, loves sports and has a good sense of humor.

Agustin: From Argentina, he's been living in Barcelona for the past 3 years. He loves playing sports and going to the gym. He's also quite keen in mountain outings and extreme sports. He really enjoys getting together with friends. His own set of personal values added to Partoo's values is an explosive combo of positivity and focus! 

Francisca: Originally from Chile she prefers to be considered as 'citizen of the world'. She's lived 7 years in Peru, 1 in Ecuador and is now loving the life in Barcelona. She loves travelling to discover new cultures and different people.She also loves nature, and doing every type of activities, like yoga, play football and hiking.

Required profile:

  • First experience required, experience in sales/business development is a plus.
  • Native spanish speaker and fluency in English 
  • Portuguese is a good plus
  • Dynamic and always positive
  • Loves challenges and has a true performance culture
  • A genuine desire to be in a technological society...
  • Taking initiative
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Good analytical skills

Recruitment process :

  1. 30' interview with Jeadyne, International Talent Acquisition Manager
  2. A take at home BDR exercise 
  3. 1h interview with Miquel, Business Development Manager Iberia 
  4. A last 30' interview with Sofien, Head of Global BDR
