Who are they?

We are looking for a killer Business Developer who will attract, find and deal with partners - A networker at heart, already maintaining his own network and consistently identifying new opportunities

A strong leader, able to negotiate with CEOs, C Suite or Influenceurs- Data-driven and hacker mind: At ease with numbers, and able to create dashboards to follow KPIs- Passionate by sales and influence, you like to be interested in others and you know how to create a link very easily.

You love to constantly train yourself to improve your sales and influence skills. - Ambitious, you are ready to contact Oprah Winfrey or Elon Musk if you think it can increase our sales. This is a full-time position, carried out remotely, from our amazing offices in Dubai or in Paris.

We have 3 dreams :

  1. Helping 100 000 people achieve 1 dream and stick their pictures on a wall we call the 100 000 dreams WALL
  2. Have Will Smith and Richard Branson in our next documentary
  3. Create the Netflix of E-Learning & Coaching

Job description


Your mission will be to generate new income to reach 2M€ in one year by developing a partner ecosystem.

We are looking for a top Business Partner Developer to join our Sales team. Reporting and working in tandem with the Head of sales, you will be part of a top team of 6 to 10 people.

1 - Attract, find and hire new partners to develop our sales via scalable waysWe have identified 4 type of partners that you will have to work and negotiate with :

  • Sponsors aligned with our values for our content (our videos have been viewed over 100 million times) or our impactful business events (with more than thousands of attendees)
  • Corporate partners for promoting and selling our trainings
  • Influenceurs to participate to our training and promote it
  • Online learning marketplace (Udemy for example)

And you may have other ideas of partners who could impact our business ! We look forward to hearing about them.

2 - Leverage your network and be proactive to create a machine to attract partners who will want to work with us

  • Organize linkedin campaigns with specific tools
  • Create and develop your own personal brand to attract new partners
  • Set-up email campaigns via Hubspot or other tools that seem relevant to you.

You will hold 10 to 15 Meetings a week to identify partners who will have the biggest impact on the company.

3 - Use digital tools as a way to be more productive and scalable for developing our Sales

  • Manage your own reports on Hubspot for leads that you are generating.
  • Lead the project to integrate Online Learning Marketplace.

You use digital tools as a way to be more efficient and to give visibility to the team for the work that you are doing !

4 - Overcome objections with diligence and assertivity and escalate recurring objections

  • Being ready to listen to 2-3 call recordings to improve your way of overcoming objections
  • Participate and propose 1 to 5 new ideas per month to improve the way you will get new partners
  • Discuss with your peers to understand the market and above all to listen to it

5 - Develop and animate a Partner ecosystem that will impact on the long term success of Paradox

  • Find Woww ideas to maintain partner loyalty
  • Test ideas with A/B testing
  • Implement those ideas in scalable and efficient ways

6 - Participate actively in Paradox’s in-person and online events

  • Enjoy meeting our participants during our in-person events
  • Sell our trainings during those events or webinars

Preferred experience


Must Have Skills :

  • AutonomyYou are organized and rigorous ! You know how to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge and curious about our marketYou are aware or very interested in the personal development market, the coaching market and/or the entrepreneurship market.
  • Sales efficiencies

You excel in sales. You know when to speak, when to listen and guide customers through their decision-making process.

  • Digital understandingYou know how to complete a monitoring table perfectly or you have already managed and kept a CRM updated.You would be able to lead a digital project with a tech team.

  • Analytical Mind : You are able to structure and process qualitative or quantitative data and draw insightful conclusions from it. You pay attention to detail, and absorb new information.

  • Strong Desire to create Wow : You really desire to impact the company and the people in the company to achieve our goal.

Experience : Minimum of 6 months experience managing Partners and negotiating deals A plus : you already have a network of influenceurs or influencer agencies, or you already know the Online Learning Marketplace that we need to integrate.

Langage :
French : native speaking
English : fluent, you can hold a technical conversation with anglophone colleagues. You might need to contact anglophone partners.
