Job description

We are looking for a top business developer to join our team.

YOUR MISSION 🚀

You will be in charge of finding, selecting and convincing :

  • new learners for our different trainings
  • new entrepreneurs for our Mastermind Business

Reporting to the Head of sales, you will be part of a top team of 6 to 10 people and your main responsibilities are:

Selecting and convincing new learners for our different trainings / or recruiting Entrepreneurs for our Mastermind Business => Making at least 1 to 5 sales every day with prospects **

Self generating leads organizing linkedin campaigns, email campaigns via hubspot or make phone calls to people who knows us
=> Making at least 30 to 60 outbound call every day

Managing our CRM (Hubspot) Ensuring strategic, personalized business reminders and follow up on ongoing files on our CRM (Hubspot)
=> Managing your own report to announce your performance

Overcoming objections with diligence, assertivity and close the sale in a timely manner with following our Sales Playbook.
=> Being ready to listen 2 to 3 call records to improve your way of overcoming objections

Escalating recurring objections and possible issues with our product offerings in order to improve our offers, scripts and procedures
=> Proposing 1 to 5 new ideas by month for improving our User Experiences

Listening and participating actively to Paradox’ webinars to adapt yourself to new offers in order to provide accurate information about specific products, features and services and inform customers.
=> Assisting and animating minimum 2 webinars by month (end of day and week-end)

Sales efficiencies
You excel in sales (especially the sales of high-ticket sales), you know when to speak, when to listen and guide customers through their decision-making process. You are obsessed with excellence, you must always strive to do better.

Digital skills
You master and like digital modern tools and are comfortable with using them. You know how to complete a monitoring table perfectly or you have already managed and kept a CRM updated.

Knowledge of the market
You are aware or very interested in the personal development market, the coaching market and/or the entrepreneurship market. The idea of helping inspire people to achieve their dreams inspires you.
(a plus: you love coaching and training)

No importance of work experience if those skills have been filled in in the past thanks to other experiences : association, school project, etc. We will ask you some specific examples where you have developed those skills.

Language :

  • French : natif
  • English : anglais courant, tu peux tenir une conversation sur des détails précis avec des collègues anglophones (10% de l’équipe est anglophone et tu vas participer à la faire grossir).
