This is a full-time position, carried out from the comfort of your living room (or wherever you want) or from our amazing offices in Dubai, Lisbon or Paris.

The challenge is that some people experience learning as boring, too hard, or on the contrary : for losers.Yeah, we all experienced that boring teacher 😴 or stumble on this video with unsubstantiated/crazy theories

So we travel the world with learning designers, and researchers and surround ourselves with top entrepreneurs ( Richard Branson, Marc Simoncini, Fred Mazzella ), top athletes (Fred Bousquet, Frank Leboeuf), artists (Barry Osborne, producer of Lord of the Rings and Matrix)… to reverse engineer their strategies.

⭐️Our ambition is to make our trainings and coaching as attractive as watching Netflix and to make success the only option for our clients. (whatever success means for them)

So far, this approach has paid off and has enabled us to exceed 2 million followers on social networks, and to organize online events and training courses attended by thousands of people.

But we wanted more, so we created 2 new brands with international ambitions.

And with them we have 3 dreams :

Job description


🎯 Your mission will be to make the Paradox Brand Stand out and be top of mind by producing highly authoritative and emotional content and by creating a movement of Brand ambassadors

Your 5 responsabilities :

1. Establish the artistic and creative direction in order to generate emotions, tell stories and make Paradox the most loved brand

  • Create, enrich and manage our brand visual identity, defining and updating visual guidelines, templates, and brand assets.
  • Ensure an extraordinary level of quality and consistency across all points of contact
  • Deploy the Paradox identity across the user journey

2. Craft and produce appealing & creative assets that brings Paradox to life and drive high engagement and conversion

  • Social media: Work with our Social Media manager to craft and produce outstanding (banners, social media visuals) and animations (stories & Instagram posts, video)
  • Written : (books cover or layout, flyers, packaging, posters, kakemonos…)
  • Web site : website theme, blogs, newsletters
  • Authoritative Content : Create and produce the design authoritative (1 white papers/month on average)

3. Design landing pages, ads, and campaigns that convert and generate Wowwww

  • Marketing: ad campaigns, website, popup, landing pages, conceptualize video animations - In motion and static using our extensive content library
  • Sales: Design our sales supports (Slides, infographics, Battlecards..)
  • Product : Work hand in hand with product Managers to generate emotional responses, tell stories to increase the engagement rate.

We are not here to create an audience, that’s cold and boring

We want to create a movement of people driven to create for themselves a fucking extraordinary life

This leads us to your 4th Responsibility

4. Create a community, a movement around Paradox, that generates Appeal, engagement and virality

  • Appeal: Find the way for the value proposition to be effectively communicated, and make prospects think it’s cool and ready to buy
  • Experience: it’s all about making customers love how it makes them feels
  • Community: Create a community, a movement around Paradox, that generates engagement. People become true ambassadors and stay loyal.

5. Put in place the tools, methods and processes to deploy the brand both internally and externally

  • Watch the artistic trends: Monitor (Dribbble, Behance…) and explore new creative ideas
  • Systemize good practices & Train people to develop the artistic touch
  • Stand out: Make the design team shine outside the company: write blog posts, organize and speak at conferences, and represent the company at events to make Qonto a design reference in the industry.

Because we are not just looking for someone who produces visuals, but a Brand Designer who will track KPIs, and act accordingly :

  • Number of Brand Ambassadors
  • Growth in following
  • Growth in content interaction ( shares, comments, likes )
  • Brand mention and hashtag usage
  • Conversion Rate
  • CPA : Cost per acquisition
  • NPS : Net Promoter Score
  • LTV - Life Time Value
  • And other KPIs you may think relevant to measure how well people love Paradox Brand

    • Strong attention to detail with a pixel-perfect approach.
  • Love UI, UX and marketing challenges - it’s not just about beauty but experience and conversion


  • Sense of typography and space - “Perfection is achieved, not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing left to take away”
  • strong portfolio: showcasing all your different skills and achievements
  • 3+ years experience as a visual or/and brand designer
  • Mastery of (Photoshop, Illustrator & Figma, Canva) & (Première et After Effect)… but also the Google suite (Google slides)
