Reporting to the Operations Partnerships Manager Europe based in Paris, your mission will be to develop and structure the operational component of the growing papernest activity in Spain. From Barcelona, within the call center and in daily contact with sales teams and their management, you will:

• Be at the heart of the animation of the sales teams and the development of compensation policies
• Structure/Create procedures that will support strong and sustainable growth (Script, CRM innovations, Dashboarding, telephone architecture) while maximizing sales KPIs (Conversion, additional sales, ARPU, etc.)
• Decide on the organization of the sales teams (possible specialization, definition of the profiles to be recruited, etc.)
• Monitor and control daily results: Conversion rate, additional sales, validation rate, QoS, argumentation rate, SATCLI …
• Be on the lookout for growth drivers; the Barcelona call center concentrates papernest international activity, the opportunities will be numerous …
  These missions require a strong autonomy and organizational skills from you.

You will be supported on a daily basis by the OPS Partnerships Manager Europe to define them and carry them out.

Hard Skills:

• Languages - A very fluent Spanish level is essential. Fluent English is also a plus.
• Authonomy - Discipline of work and strong organizational skills, you are master in managing your time and your priorities
• Analytical Ability - Structure and integrate large sets of qualitative and quantitative data to draw relevant conclusions. Very comfortable with Excel, your best ally, proficiency in SQL is a big plus.
• Proportion to act quickly and with conviction, avoid dependence on the work of other teams.

Soft Skills:

• Humbleness - You do justice to the contributions of the teams involved in the success of a project. Laurels are meant to be shared above all else
• Perseverance - Demonstrate tenacity and determination over a long period of time to accomplish difficult goals

VIE contract conditions:

• Less than 29 years old
• Nationality of any UE member country
• To never have worked in Spain before
• To have been living in France for at least 6 months
