Padam Mobility is looking for a Product Analyst intern. This is a unique opportunity to have a high-responsibility role in a fun, fast-paced and creative environment, learn a lot, in a very wide range of areas.

Key missions

As a Product Analyst, you will be the product team’s investigator and the user’s best advocate. Along with the Product Manager, you will spend time with users to understand their needs, conceive new features, measure the impact of the product and tech team’s work and communicate about it to all stakeholders.

The mission can be divided into 3 parts:

1. User feedback

• Collect and gather user feedback.
• Draw actionable insights from them.

2. Conceive and validate

• Assist the Product Managers and CPO in writing user-journeys and take part in the product specifications process.
• Write user-acceptance tests and take part in test sessions.
• Assess the value of new features by building and tracking KPIs.

3. Communicate the product’s evolutions

• Take part in the product team’s internal and external communication through the writing of release notes, FAQs, technical documentation.

Profile

• You’re driven by curiosity; you want to understand why we do the things we do, why users act the way they do, why we’ve built things one way and not another
• You’re organised, autonomous and rigorous in your work
• You’re versatile, analytical and keen on learning about UX, design and technical environments
• You have an excellent command of English, both written and spoken; French, German or Italian would be a plus
• You’re looking for an internship, ideally in your ultimate year of studies.
