We are looking for UX designers to help our team of Tech & Organisation consultant in our clients engagements.
You will be part of a team (30+ people) and will be engaged in various projects (typical duration is 2-3 months) in wide range of sectors (luxury, consumers goods, pharma, mecanics, car manufacturing, aircraft manufacturing, food, cosmetics …).
You should be curious and love new challenges such as discover the heart of a steel plant or spend 2 weeks in a luxury shop … the key driver of our action is the playground : we help people in the field and their organization to become more effective thanks to digital and operations.
Your role will be to support the OPEO team and the client team to design the best “field” products so that operators, technicians and managers life is as simple as possible to create a maximum of value in the factory and remove the waste from the processes.
Our methodology is very similar to the one of a start-up, we explore, design and then scale processes in the field with the same approach as product development in a digital market. It is fast, very collaborative and very impactful for our clients.
