Our partner is one of the leading Machinery Manufacturing companies, with more than 50.000 clients and 100 rental places in different countries. Recognized for their high-quality products and the use of the latest technology, this company aims to become the number one water jetting machine manufacturer in Europe!

What is this job about?

In this role as Sales Manager, your goal is to maximize the revenue of the company, and lead your team to reach the set targets.

On a daily basis, you will manage key accounts, identify growth opportunities for the company, and analyse your team performance.

Your challenges

  • Act as the mediator between the company and existing clients
  • Acquire customers, organize their onboarding, follow the accounts and ensure great customer success
  • Lead your team to achieve their goals
  • Prepare practical demonstrations on constructions sites for your clients
  • Handle the final part of the sales cycle, from negotiation to closing
  • Contribute towards the company as well as client’s goals
  • Understand new customer needs
  • Discover new business opportunities by up-selling and cross-selling within existing accounts

Requisitos

What do you need to apply?

  • Language skills: advanced level in Dutch and English (C1)
  • 5 years of experience selling machines or industrial tools
  • Engineer background or technical experience/knowledge
  • Experience prospecting and maintaining relationships with customers
  • You know how to ask the right questions
