Descripción del puesto

As part of the International Development team (5 senior project managers), you will report directly to the Iberia Development Manager. You will be at the heart of the company’s strategy and growth. In true support of the project managers, your missions will be to:

  • Understand and model the energy needs of our prospects on the basis of the information communicated (energy audits, data extraction, measurement campaign, realization of load curves …) .
  • Pre-size the energy solutions developed with the project managers (mainly use of internal tools) and assist them in setting up complete technical and economic offers.
  • Participate in consultations with technical service providers (integrators, engineering firms, etc.) and technical site visits.
  • Assist the project managers in identifying land suitable for the projects and support the negotiations for lands and rights of way (lease options, easement agreements …).
  • Participate in the pre-framing of regulatory and land issues.
  • Participate in the preparation of submissions to the various public support mechanisms (at National or European level…).
  • Take an active part in commercial prospecting campaigns for industry in Spain and Portugal, necessary for the development of our activity in the Iberian Peninsula (phoning, emails, participation in trade fairs) based on Newheat’s customer data.

You will also have transversal missions participating in the rise in knowledge of the structure such as:

  • Improve internal tools and create new ones if necessary.
  • Enrich market, technical and competitive intelligence to identify commercial priorities according to geographical areas, sectors of activity and processes addressable by the solutions proposed by Newheat.
  • Participate in events to promote Newheat’s image and learn about the renewable heat market in general (webinars, trade shows).

In a young and dynamic structure, you will have to quickly develop your autonomy on these different aspects of the job. The successful completion of this internship will allow you to open up opportunities in the company and more generally in these sectors.

Requisitos

Currently on your final year from an engineering school, specialized in process engineering or renewable energies, you have a strong interest in the energy sector and are convinced by the need to offer renewable energy solutions to industrial companies.
Reliable, organized, pragmatic and voluntary, you demonstrate a good capacity for synthesis and are proactive.
You are highly motivated to work in a scale-up environment and contribute to the emergence of new virtuous energy solutions.

You have a good understanding of energy balance that will allow you to be comfortable with solar thermal, waste heat recovery (heat pumps, heat exchangers on air flow, etc. ) and to understand energy in industrial processes.

Knowledge of energy markets (Gas, Electricity, …) and the various financial support mechanisms for renewable energies (Heat Fund, NTE, PNAQ, EEC, …) is a plus.

Driver’s license required
Fluency in Spanish (imperative) and English (oral and written) required.
