• Responsible for metrology checks of all equipment in Factory, according to legal requirements and Nestle requirements.
• Responsibility for validation and verification of equipment according to HACCP plan and in line with Nestle standards.
• Responsibility for proper documentation of metrology checks as well as validation and verification of equipment.
• Responsibility for creation of proper standards, training and coaching in terms of daily activities to be performed by Employees from QA, Production and Maintenance Departments.
Main position outputs to be successful:
• Factory metrologist, monitoring appropriate Czech legislation.
• Maintains and reviews all metrological equipment and tools, their calibration.
• Communicates with appropriate suppliers and technical department for calibration orders.
• Issues and reviews local metrological instructions.
• Preparation and responsibility for proper execution of budget for metrology checks, purchase of spare parts and etalons to assure proper functionality of equipment.
• Responsibility for coordination of repairs of broken equipment, ordering external services and activities required after repair to restore functionality in terms of compliance.
• Active participation in HACCP preparation and verification in terms of validation and verification of control equipment. Responsibility for validations and verifications to be done on time and according to legal and Nestle requirements.
• Preparation of URS for new equipment and contact with suppliers in terms of requirements.
• Preparation of ICPs (Internal Control Plans) and standards (procedures, instructions, SOPs) in the scope of responsibilities (metrology, validation, verification, monitoring).
• Responsibility for internal audits in terms of GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).
• Provides training and coaching of laboratory methods, Nestlé standards, Lab safety, GMP and GHP.
• VŠ vzdělání, ideálně potravinářského/biochemického či technického zaměření
• Praxe v daném či příbuzném oboru, znalost odpovídající legislativy
• Anglický jazyk na dobré komunikativní úrovni
• Znalost systému HACCP, hygieny potravin
• Optimálně auditor GMP, GLP, znalý 5S, ISO 17025
• Dobrá znalost matematiky a statistiky
• Pokročilý uživatel PC - MS Office, Outlook apod.; SAP výhodou
