As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play an essential role in shaping the company by recruiting the best talents to join us. You will be in charge of:

• Proactively headhunting the best mobile tech profiles on the market
• Qualifying, screening and pre-interviewing candidates
• Selling them MWM’s mission and vision
• Supporting managers in closing a candidate
• Identifying smart and innovative ways to tap into new candidates’ pool
• Optimising relevant recruiting channels and continuously improve our hiring strategy
• Advising managers on profiles and the talent market in general

🧐About you

We are looking for someone with the following qualities:

Background: At least 3 years of experience as a recruiter, ideally in fast growing startup or an agency dedicated to tech talents
Tech fluency: You have a track record of successfully engaging and recruiting senior and junior technical profiles, and have a strong understanding of the skills required for mobile development
Problem solver: You are autonomous and able to solve your own blockers
Very organized: You are able to multitask and prioritise your daily workload
Optimist: you are not afraid of problems but you bring solutions to the table as well
Communication: you can pitch the company and product
Ambitious: you are able to handle 20+ recruitments a year and will only go for the best talents
Languages: You speak both French and English
