Mission

The intern will work hand-in-hand with the CEO to support him on product marketing strategy/execution and customer care, as well as transversal strategic mission. We expect a Swiss knife willing to learn fast and seeking strong exposure in a deeptech startup environment. Responsibilities

Strategy

• Conduct user research to identify new growth drivers and feed the product roadmap
• Monitor competitive and tech landscape and provide actionnable insights to help position and market our product

Execution

• Source, qualify and engage with qualified prospects to boost our user efforts
• Handle customer support and ensure operational excellency
• Support the CEO on various organizational task from implementing new internal processes to hiring or knowledge management

Requirements

• You’re a final-year graduate from a top business, IEP or engineering school and you’ll consider to join Multis full-time if you thrive during your internship
• You have at least one previous internship in relevant fields
• You speak and write fluently both French & English (our users are mostly English speakers)
• Ability to work in an autonomous and organized fashion
• Above-standard curiosity and willingness to learn a challenging frontier tech
• Know how to relax 🏝️
