Summary

We are looking for our Workplace Manager to lead and run workplace management, as well as events coordination, both for our hybrid team across Europe and for some external events.
💰45K-55K€ depending on experience + Stock-Options/BSPCE + best-in-class benefits & perks

✨ About the role ✨

You will be working in direct connection and report to Stephanie, our Head of People, Admin & Finance. You will be a key contributor, ensuring the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis with a focus on ensuring the best possible experience for Mojo teammates.

🏢 Workplace management

  • You will take care of and maintain the Paris office to make it a nice and safe place to work
  • You will be the point of contact for providers and for our sub-tenants
  • You will manage the procurement and monitoring of all supplies, equipment, and furniture
  • You will provide the full spectrum of office services and general support to visitors

🎉 Events

  • You will plan and organize events for the team: Mojo trips twice a year, team gatherings in Paris, etc.
  • You will coordinate some external events: meetups, video shootings, etc.
  • You will support remote teammates in organizing their trips to the Paris office
  • Ad-hoc support on various projects

💛 Admin & Employee experience

  • You will actively participate in the onboarding and offboarding processes
  • You will assist with the implementation of new perks and benefits programs
  • You will provide ad-hoc support on some admin matters and collaborate on various HR projects

Requisitos

  • You have at least 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • You are fluent in French and English, spoken and written
  • You enjoy structure and have strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize
  • Your communication style is positive and inclusive
  • You are creative - you love experimenting with new ideas to create connections among the team
  • You are innovative - you’re looking to create tomorrow and are constantly open to new ideas and technologies
  • You can work at the office at least 4 days a week
